On May 3, bodybuilder and fitness trainer Choi Han-jin shared a series of photos featuring the BTS duo and Song Kang at his gym. “Can’t believe the two young men my wife watches every day in videos are now standing in front of me,” he wrote, expressing admiration for their “calm yet intense energy” and “sincere focus in every aspect of their workout.”
Choi didn’t hold back on the compliments, praising their dedication even while serving in the military. “Their physiques speak for themselves,” he noted, adding that both idols maintained their training routines with serious commitment.
The photos instantly went viral, with fans stunned by V and Jungkook’s newly muscular physiques. V, who has always been known for his soft, princely visuals, now exudes a rugged, masculine aura, while Jungkook continues to impress with his well-defined build.
On the other hand, V and RM enlisted on December 11, 2023, with Jungkook and Jimin joining the next day. V and RM are set to be discharged on June 10, 2025, while Jungkook and Jimin will complete service on June 11, 2025. Actor Song Kang, currently serving after enlisting in April 2023, is expected to finish his military duty on October 1, 2025.
